The property was exceptionally comfortable. The rooms were modern and huge with a fireplace, comfortable bed, as for instance, no complaints. Its location was great and lovely, to everything we required, and in a perfect area. Explored Big Head Sculpture, that is located at a medium distance from the hotel.
Some of the staff were not very friendly.

Central Location, very friendly and helpful staff
High price compared to equivalent hotels in Banff just 20 mins away. Smoking by a few neighboring guests on the communal deck stopped us enjoying the fresh air out on our section of deck or even to have our deck door open on a beautiful sunny afternoon and then again in the evening. We had to sit inside with the door shut and ac running.

The location was good and I could use free parking on-site...

We opened the curtains for the sliding door/window and there was a little bunny nibbling on the grass outside our window. The bathroom was a good size. The room price was good and the attached restaurant was very good with excellent french cuisine.
The room was supposed to have two queen-sized beds and they seemed to be double beds at best. When I wanted to check in there was no employee at the front desk and I was informed he was in the bathroom. Also, when I wanted to check-out I had to wait several minutes before an employee appeared. People don't like to waste their time: staff should be waiting to do their job.

Location, facilities
High Price, no microwave in room, Bible in room with no dis-respect for Bible, but it is religion -specific.

Friendly and helpful staff.
Check in took at least 30 minutes with only 3 people ahead of us. I called ahead of time to try to get a cot for an extra person and was told they would be distributed on a first come, first served basis at 2:30 in the afternoon. When we tried to check in at 12:30(which we couldn't do) I was told that all the cots had already been taken.
